California uses a Qualified Autism Service Provider (QASP) framework. BCBAs are recognized QASPs under DHCS. Medi-Cal ABA services are delivered through Medi-Cal managed care plans (Kaiser, L.A. Care, Molina, Health Net, Anthem Blue Cross).

Launch Steps
